Everybody you know needs to watch these two videos. These where done at a Law School for Law students. First by a Law professor and the second by a cop (who is a Law student).

Yes just keep in mind that the right to not-eslf0incriminate does not extend to the giving of your name. You have the right to not give testimony related to the Merritt of the charge against you. Who  you are is a dilatory matter.
