Is information , that is unlawfully or illegally collected , untainted for use?  If an officer , pulls you over in your auto, and you're not engaged in the activity for which the license is issued , can the info , on the license , be considered tainted, if the officer uses it on a citation , in light of the fact , he illegally obtained the info.?  shouldnt the citation itself , be evidence of his perjury, considering that , he violated his oath to collect , the info?   There are court cases that state that officers , can lie with impunity on the stand , so what is our recourse?
If a magistrate has a drivers license , isnt he under the undue influence of the dept of motor vehicles, as he percieves that he is subject to the statutes , which means that he has a license to do commerce on the hiways and isnt moonlighting forbidden of magistrates?  The same could be said for federal magistrates who pay income taxes, even though the constitution say their pay is not to be diminished , and yet they, out of the goodness of their hearts , voluntarily pay the income tax? UNDUE INFLUENCE!
And if they pay, wont they have a preconcieved notion , that all should pay?   and the IRS , wont ask the magistrate to recuse himself
as he is a material witness against them,  in hopes the opposition wont notice!

surely , this information collected from the average joe , at a "traffic stop", is retrieved under threat , and duress , of being placed in physical custody.Nevermind , that such information should never see the light of day, but the majority of those stopped and really want to put up a fight ,never address this fundamental issue.   Its not like we dont know that the officer , is already outside of his/her legally and lawfully defined jurisdiction, in stopping those whom , the supreme court has determined , have a right to travel and such rights are not regulatable by law, but the fundamental reason , the evidence gets tainted is because of a jurisdictional issue.  The traveler in Right , has a different motivation , then does the commercial driver, for providing information to the police. That different motivation is economic and its not coming from the officer.
